3 People Killed, 1093 Injured People

At least three people were killed and more than 1,000 people were injured in clashes between security forces and protesters who tried to break into the Israeli Embassy in Cairo, Egypt, on Friday (09/09/2011).

Deputy Health Minister Hamid Abaza Egypt on Saturday (09/10/2011), said one of the dead from a heart attack.

Abaza declared not know the cause of death of two others. He said that at least 1093 people were injured in the clashes. But only 38 people still hospitalized.

The demonstrators threw stones at police and soldiers. While the security forces retaliated with tear gas and shots into the air.

Earlier, protesters scaled the walls of safety outside the complex Israeli Embassy in Cairo. They then stormed the offices of Israel's mission in it.
